Honda 200S Rear Axle

Hi everyone. I have a 1982 200S rear axle in need of replacement. Looking at ebay and see many that look the same. Does anyone know how interchangable these axles are. WOuld one from a 1985 200X work? How about one from a 185. I know nothing about these machines yet and want to get it going asap.

What is wrong with the axle you have? I ask because some things can be fixed. Also, if I had the correct information, I could have a friend check our stash of axles ( 50-75 of them ) and see what we have.

Thanks very much. The axle has the nuts and hubs welded on to it making it impossible to remove without damaging it.

I also might have an axle for you, but i wont be able to check for sure untill next weekend, we just got 2 feet of snow and i cant get into my storage shed!
