....Should I really go buy a flywheel puller to change my cam chain?
Is there a free way to do it,how do I make one,and how do the work?
And once I hammer this off,I understand how to line it up but How do you tighten it back on(not in the manual)

I would. They can't be very expensive anymore. I would think some off brand cheapo would do just fine for the occasional user. Just make sure you thread it in there straight and not cross thread it.

If you have a Harbor Freight nearby, try them. They should have one for little to nothing. They are very cheap, but somewhat low quality. But that is all you need.

no Harbour Freight around here, 84 es front axle did not fit,
I'm gonna try my 200m front axle or any bolt that will fit
If i cant find anything then I guess I will have to buy one on ebay for 12 bucks
I just dont want to wait.
Honda would probably fleece, beat and rape me for one.prob. 80 bucks for this "bolt"
