The little guy rode the 60 today. It looks real rough, but It runs & feels nice & tight. Still need to figure out what front fender I'll use. I cut up a perfect 250r front fender & hated the way It looked. Now I need to tear It down completly & paint everything. I also need 3 new tires, a set of red Zinger plastic so I can chop It all up. Not sure what color frame to go with. I'm just glad It's on It's way to being done.

Well, I'll tell about some of the stuff I used. I put a 89 cr500 rear brake pedal, brake cylinder & reservoir. I used 350x brake stay & calipar, 200x brake rotor, 200x axle & carrier. A rear shock from a 02 Kx65. 250r foot pegs. Man this was a fun one. Lots of crazy stuff, but It all came together ok I guess.

Ha ha hopefully that CR80 thing wont be in my class again this year

But that thing looks like it'll be some serious fun. I think the little guy will fly with it. he'll be saying "oo the jumps hurt less with suspension daddy." :beer

The bottom of the frame, engine & front forks are from a 83 Honda CR60. The top of the frame, tank, seat, rear fenders are from a Tri-Zinger. I built the swinger with the rear section from a 86 200x. It's a major Frankenstien project. With all the suspemsion & a half strong rear axle my 9 year old should be able to jump It without bending the axle like he did on a stock zinger.
