Picked up this machine recently and it needed a little TLC , so far ive fitted new shrouds, airbox cover and race plate(got those at a good price..LOL) and some sandblasting and repainting of various parts. The trike itself came with a DG pipe and silencer, reed spacer and wheel spacers on the rear end .

The universal fit plate works well on the Z Bryan i needed to make 2 neat notches for the top tripple clamp bolt either side but other than that good fit i think they are are a better option than the Tecate plates im working on.... for the Z that is.
Here's a pic of the sad ole Z when i first went to look at it.....

The 85's were black and yellow. The 85 1/2's were red and black, then the 86's were red and white.
The 85 1/2 was a special adition.
Your Z rocks Tony!!!!!

Nice score! Was is more or less than you paid for your other rides?
Glad to see some photos of Z forks that are polished! I started removing the black paint from mine this week, and was having second thoughts today. Your photos make me believe it was the right decision.:beer

nice looking rides:drool:  does the z have an extended swinger? looked like they rear tires are set back a little...maybe just the spacers...optical illusion. looks like it could use a fresh seat cover too. nice though
Swinger is a stock unit they look very Banshee like, yep def up for a new seat cover to fresh'in it up.

If you can make a headlight shell, I'll take a white one the second they're finished! I've got an old beat up yellow one I'm sanding down to paint. I'd much rather have one that's really white.

Looks nice, i like the polished forks (I was took the easy way and painted mine). If you can make the headlight shell I would also be up for a white one.

The only thing that looks like it would be a problem is the little notches directly above each headlight. Can you do that with a vac-form process?
