Liquid Cooled 250r Pipe Identification What is It?

I picked up this pipe a few months ago from a guy that I buy parts from who used to race ATC's back in the day. This pipe has no markings on that I can find other than the top mount is stamped 22. It looks like someone welded some mounting tabs on it to use a OEM heatshield. Who makes this pipe?:wondering

im going to say DG. Im not sure though just a guess.

hmm, maybe a painted FMF

It was already painted when I got it. It had been sitting for so long the paint had gotten a bit chalky lookin..so I put a fresh coat on it...I was thinking DG...

I have 2 dgs and they both have a curved swell right where you finger is in the pic .

It does look like a DG, but both of the DG's I have in the garage don't have the mounts for the heat shield. I don't remember them ever coming with the mounts for the shield. The locations of the welds are very similar though.

Mine has a swell from your figer tip to the area right under where that mount is,about 4 or 5 inches longYours looks straight where mine is swelled.

I like the idea they mount the tabs for the Heat Shield ....

With out the Tabs i would Say Paul Tuner ...
