This is the 2nd free-be I have gotten, the first was the ATC 70, now the 110. I blew up the tires with about 10psi to try and get the flat spots out, and removed the carb and cleaned it all, plus the tank. I got it running now and it idles fine, problem is that once under power it wants to die. I am thinking it is starving for fuel. It has an aftermarket pipe and a K&N, and I think the carb might not be stock either. The plug is dry, how do I adjust for more fuel? I have the air/fuel screw almost all the way in. Should I start going after jets? Thanks.

Did you claen that K&N filter? if the filter is wet, it will not flow for crap and the bike will break up like crazy and refuse to rev. try popping the filter off and test riding it....just dont go through mud hole with no filter
also, if the filter is dry and flows OK, you may justy be extremely lean on the main jet (in other words the carb was not jetted for the free flowing filter)

if it was my freebie i would start by tearing the whole carb apart and clean it. that k&n seems dirty i would clean everthing before messing with the jets. then if still no luck then like whipit said go one more clip space DOWN on the main needle.

Wow dude, can't beat that for free. Looks like it's in decent shape. I'd be willing to bet either one of 2 things is ailing your bike- either you missed something on the carb cleaning ( you have to let it soak, and be Very thoruough, including removing/cleaning the needle jet orifice if possible), or some junk from the fuel tank got in there after you cleaned it and tried to fire it up. Do the carb over again and see what happens.
