That 78 110 would have to be atleast a 79 unless its a 78 90cc bored or swapped to 110cc's.

the current title says 78 but it is a 79....was my wifes she's the original owner...guess she got it in 78 but it was a 79.....i know it's cost me about 3000.00 to keep it alive all these years

They are considered 79 models.....That is cool tho that your wife is original owner...I bought a pair from the original owner as well so i was not as lucky. But I can tell you the earliest '79 model I have found was manufactored I believe in the 8th month of '78. The neat part is if you look on the trike frame itself it will tell on those what month they were manufactured....I am curious, would you mind looking on the trike frame all who have '79's and see the dates made in Japan?
