here are some pics of the custom exhuast i made for my 1970 us90. since it almost impossible to find a good stock exhaust so i made this. i looked for months on ebay

my friend who owns HREATV welded it for me since he's good with a tig welder. it's part of a Supertrapp system for a honda atv not sure what and the parts from the head to the foot pegs is a aftermarket systen from a 1980 atc 110 i had for parts with a badly rusted out muffler.

heres a pic of the whole trike. i put a 1980 atc 110 front wheel and complete rear end assembly since the original tires cost you a arn and a leg + a testicle.

i won it on ebay for $166 with the origianl rear end. it already had the front wheel. had it running in a hour. checked for spark and it had spark. checked carb and it was spottless inside so i reinstalled it. bought some fresh gas and it started on the 4th pull and dont smoke.

bought the orange fenders and supertrapp exhuast for $55 at Larry's and the 1980 parts 110 for $50 at EZ pull auto parts. so for $275 i have a god running unit:Bounce

it's not real loud since the Supertrapp muffler only has 2 disks. i'd like to get some more and maybe try 6 to 8 and see how it works.

thanks for the compliments.

the orange front end was on it when i got it from ebay. someone must have had a mishap back in the day. the seat was redone by a upholstry shop also the cover is like new and there is layers of foem glued together under the cover to get the rite shape
