question about a 83' atc 110, no spark??

I got a 1983 atc 110 in a trade. its has everything new electronical. new coil, stator and cdi, all the wiring is all there and everything is connected. its not getting any spark. i thought it might be a bad kill switch but thats not the problem and also tried different plugs to see if its getting spark so its not a bad plug. thers no spark at all. the only thing i can think of is the timing is off so bad its cause it to get no spark.
any suggestions or tips would be nice. i would like to get it running soon. so i can ride it in the snow. :wondering

ok when mine lost spark the plug wire and the spark plug was bad. on my bigred the grounds were bad and 2 wires had broken internally so those are a ew things to check
