Hello,
Anyone know if the nut holding the clutch assembly on the shaft is right or left handed thread. for a 350x.

It doesnt say anything about the thread direction so i assume its normal right tighty. You do need to unstake a lock nut.

like alot of bikes only the nut on the crank is left hand thread

Clutch basket should be normal, the large nut on the end of the crank though is left handed. An air impact for the clutch basket is usually handy since it wants to spin the tranny gears over, basically the only thing to hold by is the countershaft. Like DeePA said, you'll see the end of the nut is bent over into a groove on the shaft, take a punch and bend the end of the nut out of that groove the best you can, so threads on the shaft don't get ruined when spinning the nut off.
