anyone have any tips i need to tackle this project soon, so any tips are welcome it needs it bad, cables at full adjustment, and barely any brakin power!

just back the adjustment all the way out, take the right side wheel off, take off the cotter pin that holds the big nut on the axel in place, take off the big nut, and then take the drum off. Sometimes they can be stubboorn so you may need to hit it with a rubber hammer or put a piece of wood on it and hit it with a regular hammer. Should come right off or may need to pry it out with 2 screw drivers, one on either side. then take the old brakes off, throw on the new. Just pay attension to how the stock brakes are on it because the brakes can go on one of 2 ways, one way the drum wont go back on :lol:. then throw the drum, axel nut, cotter pin and wheel back on and adjust the adjustment screws.

wut about that little screw on the durm? is that of any importance or no?

those 2 screws hold the hub onto the inside of the drum, so no you dont need to touch them

i cant get the drum off to save my life, i have tried everything, i cannot get it off! any other tips!
