Sprocket Removal??

Hey, I have an 82' ATC 200 and I am in the process of putting on new sproclets and chain and i can't seem to get the rear sprocket off, I removed the 4 bolts but what im wondering is is ther something else holdong it or is it just siezed on?

theres a little c clip u have to remove!
