I guess you have to bore the cylinder 5mm over and it comes with the piston, rings, new head gasket, etc. Any good gains from this? I was thinking on getting this along with a performance cam.

I dont think the entire cylinder is even 5mm thick, unless you mean .5mm which wont get you anything but a fresh bore.

they dont bore the sleeve they bore the jug. then they sleeve it. thats what a big bore is.

The 90 cylinder can be bored 5mm over. You will get good all round gains but try to get a carb and pipe kit as well.

Did not notice the 110 bit. The 110 can be bored to 56mm. Most of the big bore kits for 110's are 55mm or 56mm which are 3 and 4mm over stock.

Sorry, it's 3mm to a total of 55mm I guess. What do you think this is worth?

I think I might sell my 110 though for a 250R a kid up the street is selling for around $300. It's complete but really rough looking and needs new forks and handlbars.
