how do they come apart 81/82 atc 250R forks?

1 st thing you need is a Manual.

well i dont have them in my possesion im help doug fit them in the box haha does any one know how to dissasemble them?

Take the bolt out of the bottom of the leg and pull out the circlip under the dustseal.
