Hey guys,
I have pretty much completely dissasembled my ytm 200 in order to clean and inspect all the parts. upon re assembly what should I look out for as far as type of grease for various parts , what to anti seaze, grease, or what to thread lock and such.
any advice?

i cant tell you specifics on the ytm.. but i use bel-ray marine grade grease on all of my bikes.. this stuff is awesome, waterproof, smells good, and can get it at most dealers... for lighter torque spec bolts i use thread-locker blue, just to keep anything from backing out, but not seizing in there when i want it out...

I use that same Bel Ray grease. It is really good stuff, got it from Rocky Mountain ATV.

NLGI #2, GC/LB rated grease Is best for the bearings , for friction areas with bushings like the rear linkages, moly grease is recommended.Honda has a 60% moly grease they recommend.I use the high temp NLGI #2, GC/LB Mystic brand red grease and man is it sticky. Its 2 bux a tube.I havent got any of the Honda Moly,I just got some moly fortified grease from autozone.
