My big red is hard to start when it is cold outside. What notch shold I move it to on the needle. I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

do you use the choke?, the needle controles the mid throttle, turn in the air fuel mixture screw, hopefully some red guys can chime in since I dont own any reds any more

Adjust valve lash,then try it agian.
