any one know how long the rear spacers are sposed to be for the motor mounts on a 350x ??

any one know if u dont use the decompression cable on it how hard is it to kick will u break *Edited**Edited* ankle???

any one know my tank has a little rust is there any thing i can do to salvage this????its like surface rust

I don't think I would remove the compression release. A 350x takes a pretty good kick even with it on. If you have rust inside your tank, por-15 makes a motorcycle tank sealing kit. If you have rust on the outside, anyone that's good at bodywork should be able to help you out.

My '86 350x used to be stock compression and did not have a working compresion release. If you slowly cranked the engine over to the compression stroke and then attempted to start it, it would fire very easily. When it was warmed up it really did not matter where on the stroke it was. With a higher compression piston it probably would be better to have it hooked up. I do not have my 12 to 1 X engine in the trike yet or I'd let you know.
