FYI: John of VA Beach, the muffler fit perfectly! Thanks

Need to drain the oil and replace. 1983 ARC 200. Can you tell me the recommeded grade and amount?

10w30 works good in the summer, and I use 5w20 in the winter (during -degrees). 10w40 is good for basically all year round. Amount is about 1.2-1.5 quarts.

Nick, 10w-40 is more of a summer oil being it's thicker then the other two. 5w-20 is really thin, you might want to do 10w-40 for the summer and 5w-30 for winter.

USE ONLY WET CLUTCH OIL.... not car oil.. ......Vavoline sells atv wet clutch oil for 2.50 Quart.

Most car oil works just fine.

I have always used car oil also.
