Hey guys

Im looking to upgrade the pipe/silencer on my 85 R and cant narrow it down any further.

I have narrowed it down to ESR or paul turner, but am unsure of which brand or variation to get. I plan on doing a 310 ESR cylinder upgrade when its time for a rebuild and want to buy the pipe just once.

I do a lot of wide open throttle riding, with some aggressive trail riding (nothing real tight and slow).

So i look to the experts to help me figure out which one to buy.

thanks in advance
Jared

do you have the factory exhaust? if so i have a DG set up that i will trade you. I am restory a bike and need the factory set up. The DG stuff is nice.

it would not be the best for a 310 set up though.

I personally prefer the paul turner high rev pipe because it's good for low mid and power. But thats just my preference.

Im leading toward the Paul turner hi rev, but which silencer would be recommended. Just curious of how loud/annoying is the regular one over the "quiet" one.

Also any recommendations of a reputable place to buy it from?

If your doing an ESR 310,I would get the ESR trx5 center mount pipe they rock.I do run a paul turner hi-rev on my 250r quad, and it makes great low end power! The ESR pipe makes better all around power!!!!
