i have a nice atc 110 fuel tank just the lower left and right sides and the bottom on the rear left and right are compltely rustes out hte rust is ok not much rust and i have a tank thats trashed in the front from a wereck are they worth combining into 1 good tank

I would can em both and go with an aftermarket fuel tank.

You would spend a lot of time trying to combine the tanks to make a good one without any leaks. If you need a tank, I have one that has been sealed with Red-Kote for $45 plus shipping.

You need good sheetmetal and welding skills to be able to graft 2 fuel tanks together. Not as simple as it looks.. The fact that these tanks are readily available at cheap prices makes it not worth the time and hassle.

ok would a 200x tank fit the 110 or any other tanks that have shrouds? 350x? 200x? 83-84 R ??

None of those tanks will fit. Honda tanks are not interchangeable from threewheeler to threewheeler.
