fourtrax motor into a 125M?

Im not sure what year the fourtrax motor is, but am pretty sure its a 125. Will it bolt in the 84 125M? Are there any differences? Thanks!

the fourtrax has reverse. I am not sure it is a bolt in but I would bet it is
