84R to 85R front wheel compatablity

Anybody here know if the front wheel / axle from an 84 R will direct fit into an 85 R front end?

Reason I ask is I am going to update my 84R to an 85R front end for MX.

Let me in on any info you may have please...... - Derrick, how did you do it on yours?
