350x carb problems

I just got a 38mm Mikuni roundslide carb with an accelerator pump for my 350X. I put the carb on and my bike won't start. It dosen't even sputter or anything, almost like there is now spark, but there is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :?:

Does your trike have mods, enough mods to need a 38mm? Where do you live?

I just have exhaust, but plan to add a cam and piston in the near future. I live in Northern Califorina, elevation is about 100 ft.

38 seems a little big, check your plug, it shouldn't be gas fouled.
