HOW DO YOU DO IT? IT SAYS MAX SIZE 98KB and 1 pic is around 232KB

I had to resize the pics to about 1/4 of the original size. I used the photo editing software that I have on my computer, but it did not work unless I saved them as J-pegs.

In addition to resizing pictures, if they are in a jpg format, you can adjust the amount of compression when you save them. Some photo editing software will tell you its compression, some will say something like "quality" or "clarity" or something like that. When you increase compression you reduce file size, but you sacrifice some quality and clarity along with it. You can usually use up to about 25% compression or more without any noticeable difference.

I load all my pics on snapfish.com and then save them to my computer already resized by snapfish, then I can always go to snapfish and check out my pics or order prints also. I have broadband so it only takes me a second to download a few pics and save them to my computer.
