I HAVE A 85 TRI ZINGER 60CC. AND I 'VE BEEN FOULING PLUGS LIKE CRAZY. (ABOUT 1 EVERY HOUR) THEY ARE BLACK, AND COVERED WITH OIL. TOO RICH. I WANT TO REMOVE THE OIL INJECTION SYSTEM, AND PRE MIX WITH MY GAS, 32:1. CAN I JUST CUT, AND PLUG THE LINES. OR DOES ANYONE SELL A BLOCK OFF KIT. ANY OTHER IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
THANKS,
DAVE

you may have other problems that you want to look at.
1. carb float level
2. correct plug
3. reeds
4. low compresson

I CHECKED OUT ALL OF THAT. PLAN ON BUYING A COMPRESSION TESTER TODAY. I CAN'T FIND A MANUAL FOR IT, EVERYONE IS SOLD OUT, OR THE SHIP TIME IS 2-3 WEEKS. ANY IDEAS ON THAT OIL INJECTION BLOCK OFF?
THANKS FOR THE INPUT.

When I disconnected the injection on my yt125 I just disconnected the cable at the pump and then blocked off the lines with whatever was appropriate.

I just rebuilt the motor so I'm mixing at maybe 25:1 for the first tank but after that I'll probably go between 32:1 or 40:1.
