I recently picked up a '85 ATC 110 that needs a little work,
but has new tires and a tank liner. I have 4 other two wheel
dirt bikes and this is the first 3 wheeler I've had since the 80's.
Anyway, I have rebuilt the carb with a carb kit I got from Beatrice cylces
out of Nebraska. The kit was real good, I got the link from this website.
While working on it, I noticed a picture in the clymer that shows just the
float valve and the wear pattern to look for. In that picture there is a clip
attached to that which does not show up on either carb breakdowns.
Is there a float valve clip on these carbs?
I have put it together and I still can't get it to even pop. I beleive my float
itself is too rich, and without any adjustment I think I need a new one.
But I Also think I need a float valve clip because it seems like there is just
too much play between the float and the valve.
