fuel lines?

on the smaller honda atc's with 2 lines out of the tank do you have to have both fuel lines to make it run right or can you block one off if you have a single inlet carb?

i wouldn't see why you couldn't use just one.. but why not get a Y and run both????

thats what im wondering if it will effect the performace of the machine by messing up the flow of fuel to the carb

The only way it will affect the performance is if your carb float is not set correctly, and allowing too much fuel into the engine, however if this is the case you probably already are having problems.

yea it runs for a wile the dies then it wont start again so i put factory one on and it did the same thing? cleaned both before instaling too? mabey i have them set wrong i hate carbs!!!
