Fade/Axle nut on 350X

Anyone know how much you are suppose to tighten this....any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Torque specs via Honda Service Manual:

Outer Lock nut against the snap ring - 58-72 Lb/Ft.
Inner lock nut against outer lock nut - 87-101 Lb/Ft.
