just installed my 2005 trx450r exhaust on my 1986 200x sounds awsome and took very little to make fit. looks bada$$!!!!

will try to get some pics tuesday. its the whole system had to bend and cut the head pipe a little but it looks and sounds awsome!!! to really open it up i cut out the spark arrestor from the end cap and bolted the cap back on.

GET PICS... A full system? If its like the 86 how does the header fit into the cylinder? Im guessing its not like the 86, so im out of luck. But theres still always the slipons..

heres some pics. the pipe is the same size as the exhaust port tight fit once you cut the flange off a littl cuttin and re drillin and you can use the flange also. yeah the x looks like he!! but its somethin to ride.

That's a cool mod. I would almost think a 450 pipe would flow to much for a 200, but I don't know. Anyways give that x some TLC!:D

been tryin. im only 16 tryin to finish my 70 chevelle and my 04 mini cooper money is a little tight but i do have and extra frame and 3in ext. swinger. plans are for drag hense the back tires but for now it will do. but if any one has cheap but pretty good amount of tread left on some extra tires and rims i might be willing to take them off your hands.:naughty: :D had to add those tires are great for asphalt driftin...haha

Mod looks good, There would be alot more airflow, I think I would actually try to restrict it. But give that X some love! I like the zebra stripe tank also :lol: Sorry, I understand your situation. Happened to me a few years ago, never though I would be rolling again.

lol thanks its ok. i had spray bombed it black and i got a lil gas on the tank and i went to wipe it off and that is what happend it does look slick dont it.

That would definatly be a project allright. And if you ever want to get that paint off spray some carb cleaner on there and it will pressure it off. And what kind of front fender is that?

looks good. i have a 450r exhaust sittin in my shed and i mocked it up to put on my 86 but i ended up parting it *Edited**Edited* i got a chance to c if it would work come to think of it.... you got some of the parts lmao

super90 its a 1978 cr250 front fender looks pretty trick actually and the headlight is an 86 250r ps i did not paint the head light i even though its cracked i know what its worth.

thanks for the compliments its gettin done slowly but surely i figured i will repaint the frame and swinger and redo all the bushings and bearings when i transfer everything over
