I switched the stator in my klt 160 with one from a klf 185. The wiring was a mess, however I found the headlight wires but every light i hooked up to it would blow. Even car lights. Must be mising a regulator?. We have a battery that runs the headlight however it only last an hour or so. If I hooked the headlight wires comming from the stator onto the battery is there any way it might keep it changed. Any ideas are appreciated.
