Where to buy - Red-Kote Kit ?

Hey guy's looking at treating my Gas Tank with red-kote ...

I'm looking for a kit , Gas tank Treatmeant & Gas Tank Cleaner / Rust remover .

does anyone know where to get it ?

I looked on e-bay but they only have the Red-Kote ...

Any idea's ?

There is no kit. Just go to the hardware store and buy some acetone and muriatic acid. Clean the rust out with the acid, rinse it out real good with the acetone, let dry, then use the red kote.

red cote is just a sealer, no kit. do like dammit said, you should be good.

If you want a kit use something like POR15. It gives you everything you need and is a darn good sealer

por15 works great. i use it on every tank. You put in your metal clean which kills all the rust. Then you put in your marine clean which takes everything out that shouldnt be there. Then you put in the seler. Which looks just like paint. Actually the first time i used it i thought it was a joke because of that. I pictured it to be real thick. But this stuff is indestructible and will last a life time. I put it in a severly rusted tank 10 yrs ago. I has sat the last 2 years with no fuel in it on the side of my shed and not one spec of rust. The outside is even all rusted. Por 15 is the best.
