are they better than stock? how do you use them, as in , how do they seal on the air box? do they use the stoclk air filter pieces? thanks, my stock air filter is falling apart, and i would like to get a new one, and i would think that uni is better than moose. finally, does any1 know if k&n makes filters for the ytm 225dr?

I like unis alot and use them on everything. Unis are alot better than K&nS as far as catching dirt. The k&n's are better at flowing air, but suck in mud and such.

I think Uni's mount up exactly like stock.

I'm pretty sure they do. I think they're the exact same as a moose, I just got a Moose for my YTM200(if that's what you're ordering) and it fits right on the holder.

Yes they do fit right on the filter cage. I have an uni on my DR. I've been real happy with it. As far as I know K&N do not make a filter to fit on the stock filter cage. They do make a paper style filter to replace the stock air box system.
