Loos like a ring and pinion gear to me... differentials are, for the most part much larger.

differentials come in all sizes, from whats hangin out under and driving semis forward all the way down to a ting tri-zinger 60. As well as every size in between. I do know this, that harley trike took a whole lot of time, thought and $$$$ to build. I like it.

That's not a differential on the harley, that is a covered sprocket. The Harley trike had a solid rear axle.

those are sweet guys, is that just with photoshop? I also have a question for everyone. If i could do some really good pencil drawings of different trikes, would anyone pay for prints of them? Im in college and dont have a big enough block of open time to get a job, and i really need some cash. Theyd be cheap like maybe 5-10 bucks? Anyone be interested?

The "cleaner" the pic the better the result.
