hi who is the founder of atcs? or founder of honda atc, is it just honda company or a guy? thx

Osamu Takeuchi designed the ATC for Honda - so I guess you could call him the founder.

Yes, (like Tim said) Honda assigned Osamu Takeuchi, in 1967 to design a new product. He actually concidered 2,3,4,5 and 6 wheel machines, but decided on 3. It (US 90) was introduced to the US in 1970.
