I am wondering what you think this might be worth? The seller says he has owned it since new, could use a tune up, battery, fork seals, and a battery cage.

I don't know how much it would be worth, but isn't that the special edition model. If so, it would probably be worth a little more. How much is the seller asking for it?

Sounds like a great deal if it runs and drives fine. I have 2 of them and I ride these more than any other machine I have. Paid 500.00 for my good one and it is not as good shape as yours. Had to buy a junker with good plastic to make mine nice. Cost 700.00 all together.
Hope you can pick it up ! They are fun !!

$650 sounds like a fair price to me as long as it runs ok. It does look nice.
That looks just like my 225DRS. I love it, its a fun little trike!
GOOD LUCK GETTING IT

I think 650 is a good price for one, there's a similar one for sale here at $800. Really makes me wish I had handled some money I had at the beginning of summer diffrently and put it into this hobby instead of my other main vice.

Looks like a decent buy. It is an 84 model special edition. 83's had a twist throttle all other years had a thumb throttle. 85 had reverse and were called a 225 DR. These are really good reliable machines The first Yamaha with full suspension really good reliable machines.

My friend gave me one exactly like that (but in no where near that good of condition). I have not had it running very good yet but when I do it will be MY bike and I will let all my friends ride my honda's. I would pay $650 for it!
