chain tension?

How do you adjust the chain tension on a 85 200S?

Looking at the back, there are 4 bolts on the axle carrier. Loosen them some, do not take them out. Then on the left side there is an adjuster than you need a 12mm? wrench for. The 4 bolts should be 17mm. Tighten that adjuster to tighten the chain. Should work dandy.
