Well, a few of you know that I finally got my Z together for our "Sandy Turkey" trip. I had it dialed in for 15-20 minutes, then the clutch basket blew apart. What are you fast Yamaha guys running for a basket? The OE is still available, but I really want to run a billet one if I can. ANyone building them? Hinson, Vortex, Weisco, non of them make them. Where to go? What to use? My wifes money thats for sure :D

I did see one other Z at Coos BAy this last weekend, a black one, he was preoccupied with the popo when I had a chance to talk so I bypassed it. Only 3 250R's down there. One cat was the original owner of his 86' and all he has done is put a 295 jug on his. It felt good to be a trike guy!:D :TrikesOwn

Back in March of "05" i Made a Billet Basket for the TRI-Z.............
What i did was Turn it on the CNC Lathe and the "Mill" Guy's didn't do the back holes and slots for me yet !!!
