Hello,

I have a 1986 Honda ATC 125M and I'm having a real tough time shifting. It seems to shift up through the grears ok but downshifting is near impossible. Forget about finding reverse. I tried adjucting the play out of the shifter but that didn't seem to help much.

Can anyone send me (or post) an exploded view of the engine/tranny? I've heard that he shift fork has a tendency to bend, could that be the problem?

Thanks

90 motor in my 70 had a hard shifting issue when my freind first got it, he adjusted the clutch and it got better. I still think I might end up putting the clutch from my parts motor in it or rebuilding it though.

FYI those shift forks are prone to bend and break.
