Hello all,

I am about to finish mounting everything on the Z for tommorrow.

I have heard people around here talk about taking out the thermostat to allow a free flowing system because of thermostat failure. Is this safe? Will it allow my bike to run at an adequate temp?

I am looking at just removing the whole thermostat from the housing to allow this to happen, will this be alright? Any light shown on this is much appreciated.

Eric

from what i have heard when the thermos fail... they fail in the open position so there is no worry there... but yes you can just remove it from the housing and you will be fine with it that way...and yes it will run fine i did this with my last one and it seemed to be fine....:welcome:
