Maybe its me... but I don't think a Tiger will really bring the money that most of you think they will. I mean in the last 2 weeks two Tigers went on e-bay. One was pulled at the last minute for whatever the excuse and only went to $1,625. The other, again pulled at the last minute with no excuse, although it made it to $3,550.
I think that once something is on the auction block it stays until it done. You don't get cold feet and pull it at the last minute because it isn't bringing what you wanted. The worst thing about online auctions is that they'll let you pull something or terminate the auction. Furthermore, it speaks a lot to the person’s character. I think the latter of the two Tiger auctions was all B.S. and was done to intimidate or influence the outcome of the first Tiger auction. When I ask for additional pictures I was told that those were the latest ones he had and could get anymore as it was buried under a tarp in the garage. My opinion! The second Tiger was never going to sell it and did it to waste time and hurt the financial outcome of the first Tiger auction.
What sucks is that I would have like to get a Tiger and had the money to spend. I was looking at both Tigers and was prepared to make a last minute run for one or both of them.
Call it what you will but I would hate to see it again. At least I know a little more about some people here.
End result, a Cagiva is worth more than a Tiger!
