I want a new frame for a 86 atc250r, I would preffer a custom made frame, but new stock is fine also. Is there any companies that would make the frame? I am willing to pay what a new frame costs, so the costs for a aftermarket one isn't out of the question.

I am (very) slowly working on towards making a frame jig to fit the 86 250R design. I might be able to hook you up in a year or two but can't do anything for you right now :( Best thing I can suggest is taking it to some local place that specializes in intricate welding and fab work and show them what you want. It'll be several thousand though by the time its done I bet though.

most aftermarket 250r frames are 2-3g's, I wouldn't have a problem paying that for a atc frame
