first trike?

what was your first trike? I started w/ a honda 110 that was beat too death; I just finished her off.
Then I had a suzuki RV 90, the 2 wheeled 3 wheeler for yrs. got that one when I was maybe 12
Then was the 200s the 200es and that kawasaki 110. also have 2 70 atc for the boys
curently we have the old 200es,my favorite all time wheeler. (2) 70 trikes and a 350 moto 4

My 200x is the first trike I have owned. I got it and a YTM200 for mowing a ladies yard all summer a couple of years ago. They had been sitting outside for years. I gave the Yamaha to a friend who said he'd go riding with me if he had a trike. He has yet to go with me. I had the Honda's carb and tank cleaned. Then I had to get a new CDI. Now its going pretty good. I then bought a new Rancher so my son could go riding with me.

My first trike was an 83 200x. This thing ran great but had a bad clutch. A new clutch and carb rebuild kit and it ran like a champ. Got rid of it and bought a 350x, then a 250r, then a 250r waterpumper, now a 350x again. Can't get enuf of a 350x.

I started on my brothers '79 Honda 110. Then 2? years later I got an '84 Kawasaki 110 of my own. Both fun trikes and hopefully I will get another '79 to ride around sometime.

The first trike I ever rode was a friends 185s back around 1983This is the trike that I learned on for years.
When I was 16 or 17 in '86 I bought a Yamaha 175. That thing was a blast. Then bought an '84 250r.
I started riding on bikes though when I was about 12. A 100cc on an 80cc frame.
Around 2001 I bought a 200x then sold it about a year later.

Now since my son is old enough to learn how to ride I bought 2 fixer uppers about 2 months ago. A 1980 110 and a 1985 250es big red.
I now have both of them running and the 110 is ready to ride. But I decided it is too powerful as a learner trike.
I am currently changing wheel bearings, brakes and cables on the 250 and it will be ready to ride.
I also bought a 1986 60cc Tri-Zinger for xmas for my son. I think this is the best trike for my son to learn on.
I bought a Yamaha YFM100 quad also because I got such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. It's a mule and set up for hunting.

My first trike was a 1985 ATC200S. I got it new on Christmas Day 1984. I rode the wheels off that thing until about 1992. If I had to guess, I would say I put well over 15,000 miles on it.

My first was a 1983 honda atc 110, bought it in near perfect condition for $500 cept for a rip in seat. I spent nearly all my life savings and it got stolen. I then bought a 1985 Yamaha 200N Tri-Moto this year and sold to my dad. I don't have anything to ride right now.

Well, in 1980 at the ripe old age of 5, my dad bought me a honda 70. Then in 85 I got a fourtrax 125, a 250X in 87. Then came the good times. A 85 350X, 84 200X, 86 250R ( my brother also had an 87 Tecate 3 during this time ) and on and on. I'm hopelessly addicted:TrikesOwn

My dad got us a 90, in trade for some work, when I was ten. Man, we beat the daylights out of that poor thing! My dad was the coolest; he was always bringing stuff home, out of the blue! He once took a 65 Corvair in trade for some work; it has sat in his shop for 25 years, unmoved.

My first Trike and only Trike is this 86 250 tecate that I bought for $1300. Wouldn't sell if for nothing. Would like to ride a 86 honda 250r though, just to see the difference. Someone told me that the Honda has a counterbalance and there's not as much vibration.

I learned to ride on my best friend's 1981 (possibly 1982) 110. I finally nagged my parents enough to get my own in late 1984 (that was a lot of nagging). Me and my dad went to the Honda shop and came home with a brand spanking new 1985 200x. I was only 11 years old (about to turn 12) but I was actually kind of tall for my age. It fit me pretty well.

my 1st bike was a yamaha gt80 that my grandfather bought for $6. I begged him for it. He bought it and grumbled that i would never get it running. This thing had weeds growing out of the tank and i was 9 years old. the next day i was riding it around the yard!!!! I am now 32 and wish i could get that bike back

First trike was a 1976 ATC 90. Few years late I did the powroll project, then bought a 1981 250R, then another 200x that had some trick race parts on it and I now finally have the waterpumper R. The HRC in my Sig was owned for about a day then was forced to give it back....

My first trike was a 1985 atc 110. I got it for free. The guy who owned it said he couldnt find a part for it. I said I would find the part for him, to which he told me that if I found the part, I could have the trike. I still have it, and ride it. currently own: atc110, kxt250(the sexy blue framed t3), tri z, banshee, honda shadow and have 2 yamahas coming for christmas.

My first trike was an ATC 70 that my parents bought me brand new back when I was 7 or 8 years old... When I got a little older, My dad picked me up an 84 200es at a farm sale... Those somehow dissappeared over the years, and I just recently picked up an 85 250es big red. I've had fun with it so far, and it still needs some cosmetic work... But it's fun! :w00t:
