I just bought a Denso Iridium Racing plug for my 85 Tecate. It cost $35 for one plug from sparkplugs.com. Sure looks funny, hope it works well. I read that Iridium plugs take less energy to fire so I'm hoping for a clean spark even in bad conditions. I've been running NGK B8ES and they worked fine, just saw the "better mouse trap" and had to buy one. I'll let you know how it runs with it. Chris

hotter plug will work best if your engine is running alittle on the rich side, if your fouling plugs then going to a hotter plug will usually help.
