So Im sitting there trying to find me a cheap tranny for my 250R you guys are probably tired of hearing about it and saying just buy a tranny already. Well as Im searching for something a little cheaper, a guy emails me with a 83 or 84 250R with the same problem, seized motor. He thinks the guy he got it from said one of the gears was messing up but they just shifted through it. I went and looked at it, its got golf cart tires on back, but for the most parts its all there. And like a idiot I bought it. I figure I can alway trade it for a good motor, or maybe part it out on ebay. OR a guy may have a good motor that I may check out next weekend, I may swap top ends, put the good bottom end on my original, and use the top end on the new 250r and just have 2 of these things. They are starting to multiply again. Jim
