Can anyone tell me why ITP stopped making Spider Trac tires? because from what I hear, they were a very good tire and very popular. my neighbor had a 250sx with them on their (he never let me ride it:mad: ) and he said they were they were some damn good tires? thanks!!

i thought dick cepek made the spider trac...or at least used to when i was young.

from what i know, they did, then ITP kind of bought the tire design and then discontinued it in 2003. this is what i heard, i don't know if it is right or not.

Yes, Dick Cepek made the Spider trac for years until ITP bought the molds from them. As far as being discontinuned in 2003, I bought a new set myself from Chapparel in 2005. I really hope they didn't stop making them because I really love them.
