I'd like to see your whole setup on how you make these. Are you using a shop vac to pull a vacuum on these molds?? How is the correct temperature reached and maintained, must be some type of enclosure or oven?? How many thousandths thick is that plastic??

Good questions,
Material is 1/8" or 3mm thick and oven heated to 200deg,vac table is made from plywood with an air intake underneath that connects to the vacuum, the table also has a rubber seal around the top edge. The other part is what i would describe as 2 picture frames that bolt together to house the plastic material in the middle this is whats placed into the oven the process is quite simple when you see it done.
