Hey, does anyone know if it is okay to put a stock needle from a 1985 250r into a 39mm airstryker? Or a size that should go in the airstryker?

Bump.

I don't have the answer but does anybody else know? What do the airstrykers come with? This guy bought one on ebay and it arrived with no needle.

No they're not. For example, there's a 38mm PWK listed and a 38mm PWK Air Striker listed below it and they both use different jets and needles.

oh i see the airstriker listing only went up to 38mm

the jets are all the same threds for PWK and PKW and probably the PJ also they come stock with differnt jets but that is just the sizes of there flow. they will thred into the carb though. you have to change the stock jets out anyway.

all of the larger PWK needels should work. even though the part numbers are differnt they should fit the part #'s are differnt needle tapers.
