can i remove the rust off of my header pipe? Like with a wire wheel maybe? it kinda takes away from the look of the trike.... any suggestions?

wire wheel is good, if u don't have one get a high speed corded drill and buy a $2 mini wheel and use that, that what i did, *Edited**Edited* u do id soak it in wd-40 and power wash it then dry, then wire wheel it. Worked great for me on a pipe once.

you can pick a cheap sandblaster up at walmart for $20.00 you'll need a compressor to run it and a bag of sand from a lumber yard.

Send it out to four_by_ken on this board. He did some powdercoating work for me on my 350X and did an awesome job. I think it was only like $15 or $20 for him to sandblast my header and paint it with high-heat powdercoat. It holds up awesome too! He's a great guy and keeps you informed every step of the way. thanks for all of the input, i'll try the wd-40 soak and wire wheel first, in thats a no go, then i'll try four_by_ken

if its very rusty at all the wire wheel wont cut it.

Wire wheel it. Get it down to bare raw metal, then hit it with BarBQ Grill paint. Won't hold up for ever, but will look decent for about a year. Also, I think Auto parts stores sell paint for headers. Maybe look into that.
