I've been getting a little itchy to hear the R run since I got the new top-end on.
Since I am still waiting on an exhaust flange and my carb STILL is not here, I decided to break out my trusty premix spray bottle.
A quick spray in the intake, and a few kicks, and I heard the first sign of life from it in almost 10 years.:w00t:
I thought I was itchy before.........now I almost can't take it. Can't wait for the last part to be bolted on so I can take it on the first run of it's new life:)

I posted a few of the new cylinder and stuff about a week ago. I can post another though.
I still need a long list of the high-dollar goodies yet, so once my wallet fattens up again, I'm gonna give it a diet plan........

Here is the latest pic I have, just before the jug went on. The flash makes some of the blues a little funny sometimes. The shock spring is original blue, as are the swinger decals.

Josh....I've owned it since late 1990.
Rode it for about 7 years, and parked it to rebuild it, cuz I never put a dime into it besides brake pads, chain/sprockets, stuff like that.
It always ran good, but time took it's toll, and it was way tired.
It's been siiting for almost 10 years, although I have been picking at it for the last 2 of them. Should be done this summer.

Ceaser.....I agree on the shipping.
I will have to do that next time I need a part quick.
The kickstart has never slipped the whole time I rode it, and still doesn't.
Now that I've said that it probably will.;) Got any pics of your trike?

I know how you feel man....lol i'v been waiting for like a week for various parts for my 85 125M. Its life has been close to your Trikes, Sitting for a little under a decade. 4 days of sanding the frames thick rust off and 2 days worth of painting and it turned out well. i rewired about half of the wiring on it threw on some chunky back tires, fixed the broken back breaks, installed a new air filter, changed the pitch black oil, New spark plug and batterie. And now i sit in wait for my recoil spring for the pull start, my ignition switch with key, My master link for my chain and both of my new break handles. Hopefully the piston rings are still good but only time will tell. I should have taken some before pics to show how bad it was but i was so excited about getting to work on it i didnt think of it.
