Theres a slow oil leak on my 200x on the left case where a tube comes out. I just noticed it today while riding. Theres a little piece of rubber that holds the tube in and you can tell the oils coming out. Im not loosing a ton or anything but i dont like any oil leaks at all. Is there any way to fix this without cracking the cases? Thats something that i REALLY dont want to have to do!

is it coming from the wiring grommet?

Sorry for not expaining it better, but yes its coming from the wiring gromet. Every ride you can see it slowly leaking out. I wont loose more than a cap full but its still not great?

thats an easy fix just pull the side cover and replace the gasket or put some gasket sealer in it.

I never really worked with cases, i was just worried there would be stuff falling out like my nightmare 110. Im going to just try the gasket sealer first? But you can tell the gasket was deteriorating.

on a 200x left side case there isnt anything to fall out. i would pull it off and apply the sealer to the gasket surface. it's simple.

ill give it a go, i just dont like working around gears, pins, springs and all that tiny stuff that can get lost. Especially on my favorite ride i ever owned!
